We’re Moving to Discord: Join the New Seedboxes.cc Community
We’re excited to announce that the Seedboxes.cc community has a brand-new home! Starting next week, our old community website (community.seedboxes.cc) will be retired, and all discussions, support, and updates will move to our Discord channel.
Why Discord?
Our previous community forum served us well, but Discord offers a faster, more interactive way to connect with each other and with our team. With Discord, you’ll benefit from:
- Instant communication — real-time chat makes it easy to get help or join discussions without waiting for replies.
- Direct support — our team will be available more quickly to help troubleshoot and answer questions.
- Automation & integrations — our new Discord bot can perform actions directly on your seedbox, just like in the client area.
- AI assistance — we’ve also added an AI agent bot that can provide guidance on using your seedbox and assist with common issues.
- Community engagement — join channels dedicated to status updates, ideas, and support, all in one streamlined platform.
Getting Started

To join, you’ll need to link your Discord account with your Seedboxes.cc account:
- Go to the Settings Page of your Seedboxes.cc client area.
- Link your Discord account to your Seedboxes.cc account.
- From there, you’ll receive your personal invitation to join the new Discord channel.
Linking your account ensures you’ll automatically get the correct permissions inside Discord based on your active plan, making it easier to access the right support and community spaces.
We can’t wait to see you in the new Discord community. This is a big step forward for Seedboxes.cc, and we’re confident it will give you faster, more direct support and a more engaging place to connect with us and other members.
